NO RETURNS!!!!!  We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition and with original tags still attached.

Items will ship 3-5 business days after order is placed.

You may exchange merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  Please send us an email prior to shipping merchandise back at crystallize.boutique@gmail.com.

The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item.  If this happens, we will notify you via email.
